UPSC Civil Services Final Result 2021: Result out, Shruti Sharma tops exam

The final result of the UPSC 2021 has been finally declared on 30 May 2022. The honorable Prime Minister of India Shri. Narendra Modi shared a tweet congratulating the rank holders who will be embarking on their administrative careers at a crucial time of India’s development journey when we are marking Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.

This year, Shruti Sharma, an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University and St. Stephens college, became the first rank holder. She has been associated with the Khan Study Group and has received guidance from DR. Khan himself. Along with her, many of the other top rank holders were also from KSG. Preetam Kumar, AIR 9 was part of KSG’s mains test series program. Other top rank holders associated with KSG are Samyak S Jain and Yaksh Chaudhary.

It is a very proud moment for the nation, as the top three ranks after Shruti Sharma were achieved by the female aspirants, including Ankita Agarwal with Air 2, Gamini Singla with Air 3, and Aishwarya Verma with Air 4.

Based on their performance in the mains and the personality exam, 685 applicants have been nominated for appointment. 180 IAS vacancies, 37 IFS vacancies, 200 IPS vacancies, 242 Central Services Group A vacancies, and 90 Group B vacancies were listed. A list of 80 applicants has been provisionally suggested in contrast to the recommended.
